How long will it take to get my furniture?
What we sell at ROAM Furniture & Lighting comes from all over the world. Some of our brands, such as Blu Dot, are located right here in Minneapolis, which means we can usually have it in your home in a few weeks. Other items, which are custom special orders, may take three to five months to be produced and sent from Europe. Timing will depend on the piece you just have to take home!
What does QuickShip mean?
Some of our manufactures offer a QuickShip program. This program allows you to purchase a piece in a specific fabric/leather or finish that is stocked in the US. This program allows you to have a piece of furniture in your home in just a few weeks, as opposed to months.
Do you do delivery?
Yes, we can deliver to anywhere within the United States. Please contact the sales team for more details about delivery.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Rates and timing can vary depending on the items purchased, size of the items, the delivery area and complexity of the job. Local deliveries can usually be completed quickly once the furniture has arrived in Minneapolis. We will work with you to find the most efficient delivery method for your furniture.
What is the warranty for the products you sell?
Each manufacturer represented in our showroom meets rigorous certifications and testing to ensure it will stand up to the test of time. Most of our manufacturers provide warranties for their products. Please contact the sales team for specific warranty information.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
ROAM Furniture & Lighting wants your business and will work with you directly to ensure you are receiving the best price possible for our furniture, lighting and accessories. If you find any of our items online or from another retailer for less, we will match the price. The price match offer applies to new orders before they have been processed. Yes, we offer gift certificates. They are available for any amount and a perfect solution for any occasion.

Are samples available to take home?
Yes! We are happy to provide textile and sample finishes for our products. In some cases, you are able to take them home to keep, while others may be checked out for a designated amount of time.
